Distorted guitars immersed in reverb, resonant, vibrating bass, trancey drums with a distinctive floor tom presence, ghostly organ, ethereal voices. Dissonant, restless compositions soaked in melancholy that send listeners into a dreamlike world. Warsaw-based Rosa Vertov have been performing since 2015, which has allowed their original material to take an increasingly disturbing shape with subsequent gigs and releases. Although they may appear as a fairly classic instrumental ensemble, their compositions are fragmented by their innovative approach to form, dynamics and speed; and their music is a special, personal letter inviting you to enter their own, self-governed dreamlike non-reality.
