How would you describe what you do?
Squishy and bubbly 3D realness. I always start from Blender (software) to create my pieces. The eventual output can be anything: animation, illustration, sculptures, etc.
What are you currently busy with?
I’m currently designing a plush toy for a rapper and also working on a scene in an episode of one of my favourite animated shows for Adult Swim. Which is all so exciting. :)
Anything planned for the future?
So many plans for the future. I’m working on some personal releases and am currently in conversation with a gallery to create something big.
Nickname(s) people have given you?
None really, I think maybe my name speaks for itself.
Latest déjà vu?
Can’t really think of one.
Any new habits?
I’m really getting into jam skating, it’s so freeing! Also a great excuse to go outside and just vibe with some good music.
What’s your daily routine like?
I wish I had the discipline to stick to a daily routine. For now I just do what feels good. Luckily I love what I do so I don’t have to force myself to get work done.
Weirdest dream you’ve had?
The weirder the dreams, the faster I forget them after waking up. I should write them down so I’m prepared for questions like this, lol.
What artists are you listening to?
Really into Kelela and Jorja Smith at the moment.
Favourite memory?
Getting into quad skating last summer and meeting some wonderful people.
What advice would you give your younger/older self?
Believe in yourself!

Love of your life?
My husbanddddddd! We come from such different backgrounds but are like true soulmates. We have the same views and ambitions in life. Also very blessed that he can work alongside me on my artistic practice.
Biggest personal change since last year?
Having more confidence in myself and my work. Also trying to get comfortable with the life of a freelancer; I have a lot of flexibility and freedom but with that comes uncertainty. And finally, not working over the weekend! Allowing myself not to be productive 24/7 is a huge one.
How did last year change your perspective?
I think something clicked for me personally. In the past, I would feel this immense pressure to conform to the idea of how you have to participate in society and it was something I could not live up to or find any fulfilment from. Now I’ve created my own meaning that fits me and it is so rewarding!
Allowing myself not to be productive 24/7 is a huge one
Are you a nostalgic person?
I’m not so sure. I’ve had to learn to live more in the moment, that’s what I like to enjoy now. Which doesn’t mean I don’t have fond memories and excitement for the future. But I don’t want to dwell in it.
