Trap music originated in the southern United States in the 1990s. In the late 1990 it really boomed in the city of Atlanta, before spreading throughout the United States in the 2000s and worldwide ever since.

Longtime listeners and fresh fans, tonight you are invited to this celebration of the music genre and the Brussels scene.

SSSYYLLVVIIAA is a multifaceted artist who juggles music, hairstyling, DIY creations, and her role as a super cool mom. Having been a DJ for over 10 years, she is an important figure in the Brussels trap scene. She recently backed the iconic American rapper La Chat at Les Halles on her very first European tour. In 2022, she launched with Fatoosan “MomsNightOut”, a series of parties celebrating moms behind the turntables.

RENOITERRIBLE is an Ethiopian-Belgian artist, filmmaker and DJ also known as Luna Mahoux. Her work bridges club culture, experimental cinema and Black diasporic archives blending emotional intensity and visual storytelling into powerful sets. In 2025, she directed the heartfelt documentary « The Other Queen of Memphis » paying homage to Memphis female rap pioneers La Chat and Gangsta Boo.

OG SWANK is a beatmaker, DJ, MC, and model based in London. Having walked the runways at Fashion Weeks in Paris, New York and Milan, this underground music lover is always on the lookout for the next gem to include in his DJ set. His beatmaking work samples the biggest artists on the trap scene, including Gucci Mane, Future, Schoolboy Q, and others. In collaboration with Brussels-based producer Rocco Tavu and alongside other MCs such as Tommy Hilfuego and Bby Jah, OG SWANK lends his voice to some of the goofiest tracks Brussels trap has ever heard.

GUCC IMANE is a multidisciplinary artist working primarily in photography and music. Having started film photography at the age of 14, she photographs numerous musical artists, both on stage and for their album covers and press photos. Music being her first love, Gucc Imane quickly got behind the turntables with the aim of delivering the best possible sounds, across all styles. She quickly developed a passion for trap, from underground scenes to the most mainstream artists. In October 2025, she launched her music discovery show, Radio Zero Bs, on the livestream platform Twitch.
