If there's one thing that defines the British rough gem Drahla, it's a roaring, robust bass sound. Inspired by heroes like Sonic Youth and building on contemporaries like Ought and Viagra Boys, this elusive trio blends post-punk with fierce rock riffs. Hailing from Leeds, the band is steadily climbing from being a festival favorite to becoming a standalone club act.

PURRSES

Purrses, born at the start of the lockdown, initially began as a pure live band. Frontwoman Laura Ruggiero writes the songs and lyrics. Soon after, Daria, Dalila, and Sacha joined the project. On stage, the group delivers an explosive mix of sensuality, groove, and guitars.

Purrses is all about merging raw rock energy, soulful grooves, and the melodic edge of punk—Laura’s teenage love. After releasing several EPs and playing standout shows (including We Are Open) across Belgium, the band is currently working on their debut album.
